Get answers to common questions about Partial Brazilian Waxing.
A Partial Brazilian removes hair beyond the bikini line and between the cheeks, but not from the labia. It offers more coverage than a basic bikini wax while avoiding full Brazilian intensity, ideal for fuller yet modest grooming.
Hair should be about a quarter to half an inch to allow wax to grip properly. If hair is shorter, wait a week; if much longer, trimming slightly helps reduce discomfort and speeds the service.
Some discomfort is normal, especially on sensitive skin or first-time waxing. Our estheticians use techniques, calming measures, and topical numbing when appropriate to minimize pain. Sensitivity often decreases with regular appointments.
Most clients return every four to six weeks depending on hair growth, skin sensitivity, and desired neatness. Maintaining consistent appointments can make waxing easier and less painful as regrowth becomes finer over time.
Avoid hot baths, sun exposure and tight clothing for twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Use gentle cleansers and fragrance-free moisturizers, exfoliate lightly after forty-eight hours, and follow our esthetician’s instructions to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs.
If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or take blood thinners, corticosteroids, or retinoids, consult us before booking. Certain medications increase skin fragility; we may perform a patch test, postpone treatment, or suggest safer alternatives.
