Get answers to common questions about Bikini Waxing.
Most Bikini Waxing appointments at Suite B take approximately 15–30 minutes, depending on hair amount and client comfort. The service removes hair up to four fingers from the panty line, with time for consultation and brief aftercare.
Some discomfort is normal, but our technicians use gentle technique, high-quality wax, and calming products to reduce pain. To minimize sensitivity, avoid caffeine, exfoliate days before, ensure hair is 1/4 inch long, and breathe steadily during the service.
Arrive with clean, dry skin and hair about 1/4 inch long. Avoid tanning, retinol, or heavy exfoliation 48–72 hours prior. Wear comfortable clothing and consider a mild pain reliever if you’re sensitive. We’ll review concerns before starting.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense workouts and swimming for 24–48 hours to prevent irritation. Use soothing aloe or our recommended post-wax oil, avoid tight clothing, and gently exfoliate after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.
We recommend scheduling bikini waxes every 4–6 weeks for most clients, depending on hair growth and personal preference. Regular waxing can weaken follicles and lengthen regrowth time—adjust frequency after a few sessions to find the ideal schedule for you.
