I’ve been a loyal Suite B client since 2020. I’ve tried nearly every service they offer and have always been so impressed with the quality of their estheticians and services. From the zen spa like lobby to the thick beds and comfortable sheets and blankets, the spa really focuses on a high end experience.

I’d recommend Brooke for any facial, especially the DMK Enzyme therapy treatment, Katie for the most painless sugaring services and she’s the queen of the Anti Aging Facial. Joie does a flawless spray tan, Daisy’s lash lifts and tints are amazing and Robin’s color skills are phenomenal and her blowouts last for days.

First time client here (spoiler, I will be back). I have been waxing/sugaring on and off since 2018, trying out several other places in the Seattle and surrounding areas.

Emma checked me in and made me feel welcome, even acknowledging that it was my first time here and letting me know how things worked. She also gave great food recs for after my appointment.

Best Brazilian sugar of my life. Daisy was so knowledgeable and explained the steps and what she was using (and the ingredients) the whole way through! Did not hurt one bit, and very pleased with results.

The hygiene situation is top notch as well. Surfaces were clean and everything had a place. The cleansing wipes they stock are obstetric medical grade. They sanitize the bathroom between clients, and everything smelled clean and fresh (not covered up).

I bought a few items to try out, as recommended by the very knowledgeable staff (who have tried the products themselves). Clean and natural products only. This place is amazing. They research and stock from small companies that help people and animals with each purchase. They are even trained in oncology and carry a special line of skincare products. As a provider who follows and supports these types of patients from their diagnoses, through different tiers of treatment pathways, I was incredibly impressed to see this level of human care and training at Suite B. Jordyn thoughtfully rearranged her schedule so that my 2 wax services would be back-to-back, instead of 75 minutes apart. Jordyn has an upbeat personality and she made sure my comfort was a priority. Her waxing process was meticulous and clean. Online booking (via Vagaro) was straightforward and the reminder texts were appreciated. I saw both Katie and Brooke for sugaring and I'm so happy! A friend recommended this place to me for sugaring and I'm so glad she did because everyone there is so sweet and professional. Brooke is a sugaring/waxing goddess. I was extremely nervous to try it for the first time, as I'd only shaved a few times in my life and usually just kept things trim (at 30yo). Not only was her staff extremely welcoming, but she walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable getting my first Brazilian. I've gone back at least 4 times new (every 5 wks) and things have just been getting better!

I am very prone to ingrown hairs (hello, curly hair!) but she's helped me find the best process around them and never pressured me to continue getting the service. She also lets me nervous chatter through the entire appointment - which would drive most people nuts.

I could wax poetic (...get it?) about this place but will stop here. If you're looking for a great staff, knowledgeable estheticians, relaxing atmosphere and PLUS a fantastic looking Brazilian, hit this place up immediately!...more

I have been here twice now for waxing and sugaring and Katie is AMAZING! She is very friendly and welcoming and totally put me at ease straight away. I was quite nervous about going for a bikini wax as I am pregnant and everyone was telling me how much more painful it is because of increased blood flow, but despite this I think the wax with Katie was one of the easiest and least painful I have ever had. Went there the first time to get a Brazilian. She did a great job until the next day I was ridiculously sore. Come to find out she just didn't use enough powder. So that's fixable if I decide to go to them again.
I also went to them to get a eyelash lift and tint she did a absolutely amazing job. And the whole staff is super super nice I definitely will be returning to them....more

I went for the first time with my friend to have a facial done. First of all, when you walk in, you feel like you're in a different city! The decor is so beautiful and it made me feel relaxed right away. Their entire staff is so warm and friendly, and they have the best tea also!! I was really impressed with the quality of products that they use- they are imported from Europe and are all very good for extra sensitive skin like mine. The facial was WONDERFUL!! Love, love, love this place! Brooke has done an absolutely fantastic job with this brand new space and hiring the folks that she has. If you are looking for an esthetician, lashes, blowout, spray tan, relaxing foot treatments... This is the place for you. Even if you're not from Issaquah or near Gilman I would recommend that you take the drive. You will love these people and this place.
